OhioJams v1 made its debut in 2003, and by 2004 became a leading resource with event listings and links for Ohio-based bands, festivals and concert venues. Designed by Bill Kurzenberger, with Tony from the band Colorwheel providing the discussion board idea bulb, OhioJams’ original website prospered from 2004 through 2005 and 2006.
In early 2026 following a six-month tenure as Editor-In-Chief of Psychedelic Scene Magazine, Kurzenberger rejuvenated OhioJams v2.0 for this era of Ohio’s jam-oriented music scene in the form of The OhioJams Network and Music Magazine, making its debut on May 1st, 2026.
